Inside Change supports leaders to accelerate change. This blended development program delivers skills, insight, and support to be more effective at the people-side of leadership.

Not simply a workshop, Inside Change is a development program blending consulting, training, measurement, and coaching to support you to apply the skills.
- Structure, tools, processes and support for planning and executing change.
- Powerful resources for being effective at the people-side of leadership – clarifying vision, having important conversations, influencing, and bringing people together.
- Insight from current neuroscience on learning, emotion, and change that will let you see what’s driving you and others.
Topics include:
Peer Coaching: One of the most effective mechanisms for sustaining change is developing an alliance. This week you will experiment with peer coaching and learn the key structures required for successful coaching and peer coaching.
Schema/Patterns: Understand the underlying driver of patterns. As you grapple with your own schema, you will develop a powerful tool for communicating about the relationship between thinking, feeling, and acting.
Change: What change is possible? How does change work? Learn the Six Seconds EQ Change MAP, a practical roadmap for designing and leading change programs, this map can be focused on individuals, teams, and whole organizations.
Navigate Emotions: Navigate Emotions; experience how to access the wisdom and refine the raw power of emotional energy as a force for change.
Trust: What is trust and how does it develop?
